# Flyls > Email tracking for Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and Zoho. Know when your email was > opened, how many times, from where, and which links were clicked — without > leaving your inbox. ## What it is Flyls is a browser extension and a web dashboard. You write an email normally; Flyls adds an invisible tracking pixel as you compose. When the recipient opens the message the pixel loads, and the open is recorded with a timestamp, a device type and an approximate country. ## What it does - Open tracking: when an email was opened, and how many times - Per-recipient detail: which of several recipients opened it - Device and location: desktop or mobile, and the country of the open - Link click tracking: every link in the email becomes a tracked short link, named after its own anchor text, so a report reads "Join Now — 3 clicks" - Manual mode: generate a pixel and tracked links for any email client at all, by pasting them in yourself ## Supported email providers Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo Mail and Zoho Mail are supported through the browser extension. Any other client — Apple Mail, Thunderbird, ProtonMail and the rest — is supported through manual mode. ## Plans - **Personal Free — $0.** Gmail and Outlook. Up to 5 recipients per email, 100 tracked emails, and the last 7 days of history. It reports that a message was opened, but not the country, the device or the exact number of opens, and it adds a small Flyls badge to the messages you send. No card is required. - **Personal Pro — $3.99 per month.** Adds Yahoo. Up to 20 recipients per email, unlimited history, the country and device of each open, the exact open count, and no badge. - **Business Pro — $9.99 per month.** Adds Zoho. Unlimited recipients, link click tracking, manual mode for any email client, and API access with webhooks. Both paid plans can be billed annually at a lower rate than monthly. Cancel at any time; the plan runs until the period already paid for ends. ## Telling a real open from a machine This is the part most trackers get wrong, so it is worth stating precisely. Every mail system loads a tracking image twice: once when the message is delivered, before anybody has read it, and again when a person actually opens it. A tracker that counts the first fetch reports reads that never happened — which is why some tools mark a message opened seconds after it is sent. Flyls discards that fetch and records only the second. In practice that separation is right about **95%** of the time on opens, and **100%** on link clicks, because a click is a real person navigating and nothing automatic stands in for one. When a genuine open arrives through a provider's proxy, Flyls labels it Mail Proxy and leaves the country and device blank rather than reporting a data centre as though it were the reader. The open itself is real; the location is not knowable, so it is not claimed. ## Limits worth knowing A mail client that blocks remote images entirely produces no open at all until the reader chooses to load them. Until that happens nothing has occurred that any tracker could observe. Flyls reports what it can see and does not guess. ## Proof you can check yourself No account is required to verify any of this. The demo on the home page sends a real tracked email to an address you provide, and the dashboard updates live as it is opened and as its link is clicked. It is the product running rather than a screenshot of it, which is why this page offers no gallery: a claim you can test in a minute is worth more than an image of a claim. ## Who runs it Flyls is built and operated by a named individual, not an anonymous site. The operator, the contact address, and the data-retention period are stated at https://flyls.com/about. The exact browser permissions the extension requests, and what each one is for, are listed at https://flyls.com/permissions. ## Links - Home: https://flyls.com/ - Pricing: https://flyls.com/?scrollTo=pricing - Support: https://flyls.com/#support - About and who operates it: https://flyls.com/about - What the extension can see: https://flyls.com/permissions - Privacy policy: https://flyls.com/privacy - Terms of service: https://flyls.com/terms - Refund policy: https://flyls.com/refunds
