Who makes Flyls

Flyls is built and run by Abdulaziz Nasser Bin Muzayil, an individual based in Saudi Arabia. It is not a company with a support department: when you write to support@flyls.co, the person who wrote the code is the person who answers.
What it is
A browser extension and a dashboard. You write an email the way you always do, and the extension adds an invisible 1×1 image as you compose. When the recipient's mail client loads that image, the open is recorded with the time, the kind of device, and an approximate country.
It works inside Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo Mail and Zoho Mail, and runs in Chrome, Edge and Firefox. Any other client is supported by hand, by pasting a pixel in yourself.
What it will not do
- It does not read your mail. The extension takes the subject line and the recipient addresses, so the dashboard can tell you which message an open belongs to. The body of the message is never sent here and is never stored.
- It does not keep the reader's IP address. The address is used to look up a country and is then hashed with a secret salt. The hash is what is stored; the address is not.
- It does not guess. Where an open cannot be observed it is not reported, and where a location belongs to a mail provider's server rather than a person, it is labelled as such. See what the extension can see.
How it pays for itself
Subscriptions, and nothing else. There are no advertisements on this site and no advertising or analytics networks inside the extension. Nothing about you or the people you write to is sold, shared or traded, and there is no arrangement under which that could happen.
The free plan adds a small “Tracked by Flyls” line to the messages you send, which is how it covers its own cost. Every paid plan removes it.
If you stop
Removing the extension leaves your account and its history untouched. If you want them gone, delete the account from the dashboard and everything goes with it — or write to support@flyls.co and it will be done for you. Open records are deleted automatically after 12 months in any case.

Handled by Paddle, acting as merchant of record. Card details are entered on Paddle's own page and never reach this site.
