Refund Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This page explains when a payment for Flyls is refunded and when it is not. Flyls is operated by an individual based in Saudi Arabia and sold through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle's own buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
Try it before you pay
Flyls has a free plan that tracks 100 emails, with no card and nothing to cancel. It runs on the same tracking as the paid plans, so you can confirm the product works for you, in your mail client, before spending anything.
Because that plan exists, paid subscriptions are sold on the understanding that you have already had the chance to evaluate the service. This is the reason the policy below is strict.
Subscriptions are not refunded once the period has started
Access is granted immediately on payment and the service is delivered continuously from that moment. We do not refund:
- A period that has already begun, in whole or in part.
- Time you did not use, including where the account was left idle.
- A renewal you meant to cancel and did not. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard, and cancelling always stops the next charge.
- A downgrade or cancellation partway through a period. Your plan simply runs to the end of the period you already paid for.
- Annual plans after the first 14 days, described below.
Annual plans: 14 days
An annual plan is a larger commitment made in one payment, so it carries a 14-day window from the date of purchase. Within it, write to support@flyls.co and the payment is refunded in full. After 14 days an annual plan follows the rule above and is not refunded, in whole or in part.
This applies to a first purchase, not to renewals. A renewal can be avoided by cancelling before it falls due.
When we do refund
These are honoured without argument:
- Duplicate charges. Charged twice for the same period, the extra payment is returned.
- A subscription that never worked. If a fault on our side prevented the service from functioning for you and we could not fix it within a reasonable time, the affected period is refunded.
- Unauthorised payments. Tell us and tell your bank.
- Anything the law where you live requires. Consumer rights are not reduced by this page. If your local law gives you a right to cancel or be refunded, that right applies regardless of what is written here.
What is not a fault on our side
So that the point above is not mistaken for a general guarantee, and because this product has a real limit that is stated everywhere it matters: open tracking depends on the recipient's mail client loading images, and many do not. A message whose opens were never recorded because the reader's client blocked the image is the service working as described, not a failure of it. The same is true of opens attributed to a provider's image proxy rather than to the reader.
These limits are set out in our Terms of Service before purchase, and the free plan lets you see how they behave on your own mail.
How to ask
Write to support@flyls.co from the address on the account, within 30 days of the charge, and say which payment you mean and why. We answer every request, and we say no in writing with a reason when the answer is no.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle. How long the money takes to appear is decided by your bank, typically 5 to 10 business days.
Please write to us before contacting your bank
A chargeback raised without asking us first is resolved by Paddle rather than by us, takes far longer than an email, and results in the account being suspended while it is investigated. Almost everything is settled faster by writing to us.
Paddle's discretion
As merchant of record, Paddle may issue a refund under its own policy even where this page would not. Nothing here limits what Paddle is permitted to do.
Changes
This policy can change. The version that applies to a payment is the one published on the day the payment was taken.
