Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Flyls, operated by an individual based in Saudi Arabia. Using the service means accepting them.
What the service does
Flyls tells you when an email you sent was opened, and which of its links were clicked. It works by adding an invisible image to your message and by replacing links with tracked ones when you ask it to.
Your account
- Give accurate details, and keep your password to yourself.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One person per account. Sharing credentials is not permitted.
- Tell us at support@flyls.co if you think someone else has access.
Acceptable use
Flyls must not be used to:
- Send unsolicited bulk email.
- Track people where doing so would be unlawful where you or they are.
- Impersonate anyone, or disguise who a message is from.
- Point a tracked link at malware, phishing, or anything illegal.
- Work around plan limits, or interfere with the service.
An account doing any of these can be suspended without notice.
Tracking other people lawfully
Email tracking is regulated differently in different places. Some require consent. You are responsible for knowing the rules that apply to you and to the people you write to, and for following them. Flyls provides a tool and does not decide whether your use of it is lawful.
Plans and payment
- Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Paddle, our merchant of record.
- They renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from the dashboard.
- Cancelling stops the next charge; the plan runs to the end of the period already paid for.
- Prices can change with notice before your next renewal.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
What the service cannot promise
Open tracking depends on the recipient's mail client loading images, and many do not by default. Most providers fetch images through their own proxy, which means a recorded location is often the proxy's rather than the reader's, and a proxy that pre-fetches images can register an open nobody performed.
Flyls reports what it can observe. It cannot guarantee that every open is detected, or that every recorded open was a person reading your message. Do not rely on it as proof of anything.
Availability
The service is provided as it is. There is no uptime guarantee, and it may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, liability for any claim relating to Flyls is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before it arose. Indirect losses — lost profits, lost business, lost data — are not covered.
Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, or where required by law. Data is deleted on the schedule set out in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
These terms may change. Material changes are notified by email, and continuing to use the service after that means accepting them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
